Using the latest multi-axis, high speed machining techniques and custom high-density work holding solutions, Killer Bee Arms produces highly accurate components in production quantities.
Our typical tolerances range from ±0.001 – 0.005”, depending on customer specifications.
Using the Hexagon 7-axis absolute Arm Portable CMM, equipped with touch probes and laser scanner, we can provide certified “best fit to model” 3D scans and heat maps.
Killer Bee Arms uses the most current versions of SolidWorks Premium and multi-axis Mastercam to take your concept from art to part. We design a variety of custom fixtures, molds and assembly processes to produce the highest quality parts in the most cost effective and efficient manner.
